These Subscription Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the subscription relationship between you (“Customer”) and (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) regarding the purchase and use of our subscription packages. By signing up for any of our packages, you agree to be bound by the terms below.
1. Subscription Packages and Deposits
1.1 Upon signing up for a subscription package, the Customer agrees to pay an initial deposit based on the package selected.
1.2 The deposit amount will be clearly stated during the checkout or enrollment process.
1.3 This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward the overall subscription balance.
2. Payment Obligations
2.1 The Customer agrees to make a minimum of thirty-six (36) monthly payments as part of their subscription commitment.
2.2 Payments are due on the date specified during the subscription signup process and will continue monthly thereafter.
2.3 Late or missed payments may incur penalties, fees, or service interruptions at the Company’s discretion.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 If the Customer chooses to cancel their subscription before completing all 36 required payments, the remaining unpaid balance becomes immediately due and payable in full.
3.2 The remaining balance is calculated as the total subscription cost minus any payments already made (including the initial deposit).
3.3 Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Company at [email protected].
3.4 Services may be suspended or terminated immediately upon cancellation, without refund for prior payments.
4. Default and Collections
4.1 Failure to make required payments or pay the remaining balance upon cancellation will constitute a default under this Agreement.
4.2 The Company reserves the right to engage collection agencies or pursue legal action to recover any unpaid amounts.
4.3 The Customer agrees to be responsible for any reasonable collection costs, attorney fees, or court costs incurred by the Company in enforcing this Agreement.
5. Modifications to Packages or Terms
5.1 The Company may revise package offerings, pricing, or these Terms at any time with written notice.
5.2 Any changes will not affect existing subscription commitments unless agreed to in writing by both parties.
6. No Refund Policy
6.1 All payments made, including deposits, are non-refundable.
6.2 The Customer acknowledges and accepts that early termination of this Agreement does not entitle them to any refund or credit.
7. Governing Law
7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the [Insert State/Country].
7.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Insert County/State].
8. Entire Agreement
8.1 This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the Customer and the Company and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements regarding the subject matter.

By signing up for a subscription package on www.freshsiteforever.com, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Subscription Terms and Conditions. In lieu of a physical signature, if Customer subscribes online and enters payment information, they are attesting that they have read the terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
